A. B. C. D.A.
In Cisco SD-WAN, policies are used to configure and enforce business rules and network behavior. The policies can be created and managed through the vManage web interface.
The policy that configures an application-aware routing policy is the Data Policy. This type of policy is used to match traffic based on specific criteria such as application, source/destination IP address, protocol, port number, and more. Once the traffic is matched, the policy can be configured to take action on the traffic, such as steering it to a specific WAN link or applying Quality of Service (QoS) policies.
To create a Data Policy, navigate to Configuration > Policies > Centralized Policies > Data Policies in the vManage web interface. From there, click the "+" icon to create a new policy. In the policy configuration window, specify the match criteria for the traffic and the action to be taken on the traffic. For example, you could create a Data Policy that matches traffic from a specific application and steers it to a preferred WAN link with a higher bandwidth.
It's important to note that Data Policies can be applied at both the site level (Localized Data Policies) and the organization-wide level (Centralized Data Policies). Localized Data Policies are created and managed locally on each vEdge router, while Centralized Data Policies are created and managed from the vManage web interface and pushed out to all vEdge routers in the organization.
