Export Vendors in USMF Legal Entity

To export a list of all the vendors in the USMF legal entity to an XLS file and save it to the Downloads folder, you need to perform the following steps:

  2. Navigate to the "Accounts payable" module and select the "Vendors" option.
  3. In the "Vendor search" page, select the "Advanced filter/sort" option to open the "Advanced filter/sort" dialog box.
  4. In the "Advanced filter/sort" dialog box, specify the filter criteria to retrieve all vendors in the USMF legal entity. For example, you can set the "Legal entity" filter to "USMF" and leave all other filters blank to retrieve all vendors in the USMF legal entity.
  5. Select the "Export to Excel" button in the "Vendor search" page to open the "Export to Excel" dialog box.
  6. In the "Export to Excel" dialog box, specify the following parameters:
    • File name: Enter a name for the XLS file, for example, "VendorList".
    • Export to: Select the "Shared working directory" option.
    • File format: Select the "Excel Workbook (.xlsx)" option.
    • Encoding: Select the "Unicode (UTF-8)" option.
    • Export job: Select the "Add export job" option and enter a name for the export job, for example, "ExportVendorList".
    • Recurrence: Leave this option blank.
    • Options: Leave this option blank.
  7. Select the "Export" button in the "Export to Excel" dialog box to start the export job.
  8. Once the export job is completed, the XLS file will be saved to the Shared working directory, which is configured to C:\users\public\documents.
  9. Navigate to the Shared working directory to locate the XLS file.
  10. Copy or move the XLS file to the Downloads folder to complete the task.

Note: Make sure that the Shared working directory is configured to C:\users\public\documents\ before performing the above steps.
