The Files tab in Lightning Experience provides access to all types of files that are uploaded to Salesforce, making it easy to find, share, and collaborate on documents, images, presentations, and more. Here's a breakdown of the types of files that can be accessed from the Files tab:

A. Files attached to a Chatter group post - When users share files in Chatter groups, those files are automatically stored in the Files tab. These files can be accessed by anyone who has access to the Chatter group.

B. Files in Content Workspaces - Content Workspaces are a centralized location for storing and managing files, including documents, images, and videos. Files that are uploaded to Content Workspaces can be accessed from the Files tab.

C. Files attached to a Chatter profile post - Like files attached to Chatter group posts, files attached to Chatter profile posts are also stored in the Files tab. These files can be accessed by anyone who has access to the user's profile.

D. Files uploaded to the Documents tab - While the Documents tab is no longer available in Lightning Experience, any files that were uploaded to it in Classic are still accessible from the Files tab.

E. Files uploaded to the Solutions tab - Similarly, while the Solutions tab is no longer available in Lightning Experience, any files that were uploaded to it in Classic are still accessible from the Files tab.
