A.

In order to enable the multi-currency feature in Salesforce, you need to perform the following steps:

  1. Verify that your Salesforce edition supports multi-currency - Multi-currency is available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. If you have a different edition, you'll need to upgrade to one of these editions to use multi-currency.

  2. Enable Multi-Currency - Once you've verified that your edition supports multi-currency, you need to enable it in your Salesforce organization. To do this, follow these steps: a. From Setup, enter "Company Information" in the Quick Find box, then select "Company Information." b. Click "Edit" in the "Currency" section. c. Select the "Enable Multi-Currency" checkbox. d. Select your corporate currency. e. Click "Save."

  3. Add additional currencies - Once you've enabled multi-currency, you can add additional currencies. To do this, follow these steps: a. From Setup, enter "Currencies" in the Quick Find box, then select "Currencies." b. Click "New Currency." c. Select the currency you want to add. d. Enter the conversion rate between the new currency and your corporate currency. e. Click "Save."

Note that enabling multi-currency is irreversible, and you can't disable it once it's enabled. Also, operating your business in at least two different countries is not a requirement to enable multi-currency in Salesforce. Option A, contacting Salesforce.com, is not necessary for enabling multi-currency in Salesforce as the feature can be enabled directly from your Salesforce organization. Option B, checking the Enable Multi-currency checkbox in your Chatter profile, is also not correct as there is no such checkbox in the Chatter profile that enables multi-currency in Salesforce. Option D, "you cannot enable this feature once you've implemented Salesforce," is not accurate, as multi-currency can be enabled at any time, even after you've implemented Salesforce.
