When Chatter feed tracking is enabled for dashboards, users can do the following:

A. Follow files and links for a dashboard: Users can follow files and links that are added to a dashboard. For example, if an image or a link to an external website is added to a dashboard, users can follow it by clicking on it and view it.

B. Follow posts and comments for a dashboard: Users can also follow posts and comments related to a dashboard. For example, if a user posts a comment on a dashboard, other users who follow the dashboard can see the comment and reply to it.

C. Follow posts and comments for the dashboard source reports: Users can follow posts and comments related to the source reports of the dashboard. For example, if a user posts a comment on a report that is used to create a dashboard, other users who follow the report can see the comment and reply to it.

D. Auto-follow dashboards created by the user: This option is not one of the answers to the question. However, when a user creates a dashboard, they are automatically added as a follower of the dashboard. This means that they will receive notifications of any updates made to the dashboard.
