The following are some tasks that Delegated Administrators cannot perform:

1. Modify or create other Delegated Administrator profiles: Delegated Administrators are not authorized to create, edit, or delete other Delegated Administrator profiles. They can only manage users and groups that are assigned to them.

2. Modify or create custom profiles: Delegated Administrators are not authorized to create custom profiles or modify existing ones. This means they cannot edit profile permissions, fields, or layouts.

3. Modify or create custom objects: Delegated Administrators cannot create or modify custom objects in Salesforce. They are only authorized to manage data within existing custom objects.

4. Modify or create workflow rules and approval processes: Delegated Administrators cannot create or modify workflow rules or approval processes. They can only manage and monitor existing ones.

5. Modify or create email templates and letterheads: Delegated Administrators cannot modify or create email templates or letterheads in Salesforce. They can only manage existing templates and letterheads.

6. Modify or create sharing rules: Delegated Administrators cannot create or modify sharing rules. They can only manage sharing rules that have been previously set up.

7. Modify or create validation rules: Delegated Administrators cannot create or modify validation rules. They can only manage existing validation rules.
